At Machinery Maintenance, safety is a key pillar to the success behind our business.
We pride ourselves in maintaining effective occupational, health, and workplace safety programs. Annually we bring in third party consultants to educate our teams and recommend updates to our facility and equipment. Beyond our annual safety measures, we also have an in-house quality assurance inspector, AWS training facility, and confined space practice hub.
In order to maintain our employees and customers safety, we live by these 4 fundamental principles:
- Appropriate programs must be implemented to protect employee health and safety to minimize human suffering.
- Occupational injuries and illnesses are preventable
- Management must seek to define, initiate, and maintain programs and procedures to prevent injuries and illnesses
- Ongoing scrutiny of programs and continuous employee training/education in occupational health and safety are essential
