We offer complete rebuild services from disassembly, cleaning, sandblasting to complete reassembly and clearance setting. We repair right angle, shaft mounted, parallel, worm, helical and planetary gearboxes.
Having full machine shop capabilities, we can check and repair bores, re-machine and re-bore split line, check to see if bores are in-line or if box has been tweaked out of shape, check shafts for runout…etc. Many of our competitors are great at replacing parts in a gearbox but do not have the necessary capabilities, machinery or talents to be a true re-builder of gearboxes. We’re more than parts replacers, we do it all! We service customers in Peru, LaSalle, Ottawa, Bloomington, Rockford and everywhere in between.
